Hello EM lovers!!

Some really cool releases are announced and some are already on their way to us. But the most exciting one is the new Klaus Schulze "Deus Arrakis". As Dune is one of my personal favorite Schulze albums I am looking forward to hear thsi new music. Read more info further in this E-News. Also new releases by Moon Satalite (love that man's music), Jon Christian and Brendan Pollard.

But first a nice festival that will be held in the middle of the Netherlands.

New studioalbum by THE pioneer of Electronic Music and master of the Moog synthesizer. Three brand new tracks with more than 77 minutes total playing time. Composer, musician and producer Klaus Schulze rolls out his extensive sounds, plays his legendary sequences and creates this unique ëSchulze atmosphereë for more than 50 years now.

With Deus Arrakisì the electronic legend now presents his new studio album. Through his collaboration with Hans Zimmer for the Oscar-winning soundtrack to the remake of the classic film ÇDuneë, desert fever has broken out again in Klaus Schulze. I needed more of that Spice,ëì Schulze recounts. From there I felt completely unleashed and just played and played at the end of that second private Dune journey I realized: Deus Arrakisë became another salute to Frank Herbert and to that great gift of life in general.

Since his beginnings in bands like Tangerine Dream and Ash Ra Tempel or in his over 50 solo albums from Irrlichtë to Mirage, X and Dune to Farscape, Kontinuum, Silhouettes and now Deus Arrakis, in his productions under the pseudonym Richard Wahnfried or the numerous film scores and collaborations with artists like Arthur Brown, Michael Shrieve, Rainer Bloss, Lisa Gerrard or most recently Hans Zimmer: Klaus Schulze has always remained true to his unmistakable way of creating music and yet always remained open to the new, the innovative, the experimental.

MoonSatellite - Analog Way

A great new release by one of my favorite EM musicians from France. MoonSatellite's music is always exciting, brilliant Berlin School that has just a touch of Jarre in it!! I am lookiong forward to getting this in to hear it!!

Brendan Pollard - Cycles and Pulses
Limited to 200 copies!!

Another new release that I am looking forward to is the brand new Brendan Pollard. This guy breath's Berlin School. His Sequences are always a lust for the ears. The CD is at the plant so as soon as they are in they will be on their way to Groove. And keep in mind only 200 copies!! Gone is gone!!

Kellerkind Berlin - Way out

Magnificent what Kellerkind Berlin has created together with José Roman Duque with this album. An ambient album that has moments when progressive rock elements develop harmoniously without becoming too dominant. Or groove-like and jazzy passages flash through, which give the sequences a kick. The way out... is an absolutely audible symbiosis of electronic ambient and acoustic drums. A valuable piece of ambient that should not be missing in any collection.
